Unbaked fruit and nut bread

Ingredients for 1 pacotizing® beaker

1 pacotizing® beaker = 10 portions

  • 50 g dates, dried
  • 125 g white figs, dried
  • 75 g dried apricots, sour
  • 50 g walnuts
  • 25 g hazelnuts
  • 50 g almonds
  • 10 g orange juice
  • 0.1 g salt
  • 20 g dark chocolate
  • 1 g orange zest
  • 0.5 g lemon zest

Recipe preparation

(1) Roast the nuts at 150 °C for 8-10 minutes. Melt the chocolate and cut the dried fruit into pieces. Mix all the ingredients together and pour into a pacotizing® beaker.

(2) Cut once with the coupe set knife, press the mixture into a mould or roll it tightly in cling film and refrigerate for approx. 2-3 hours.
