Ingredients for 1 pacotizing® beaker

1 pacotizing® beaker = 10 portions

Liquid Wienerbrot:

  • 300 g acid solution
  • 264 g sugar syrup
  • 150 g raspberries
  • 3 g vanilla pod

Cocktail:

  • 4 cl Danish honey wine (Dansk Mjod)
  • 1 cl vodka
  • 5 cl liquid Viennese bread
  • 10 cl soda (top up)

Acid solution:

  • 100 g citric acid
  • 1 l water

Recipe preparation

Liquid Wienerbrot:

(1)Pour all the ingredients from the “Liquid Wienerbrot” into a pacotizing® beaker, the vanilla last.

(2) Close with lid and label. Freeze at -23 °C for at least 48 hours.

(3) When needed, pacotize 10 times at normal pressure.

Tip:

Allow the pacotized® product to liquefy at refrigerator temperature. If necessary, pass through a fine sieve.
