Ingredients for 1 pacotizing® beaker

1 pacotizing® beaker = 10 portions

  • 100 g fine rolled oats
  • 60 g fine coconut flakes
  • 50 g protein powder
  • 120 g quark
  • 150 g milk
  • 2 g vanilla (whole pod)
  • 50 g almonds
  • 25 g dried cranberries
  • 75 g cream cheese

Recipe preparation

(1) Bring the milk and oat flakes to the boil once and leave to infuse for 20 minutes. Mix with the remaining ingredients and pour into a pacotizing® beaker.
(2) Close with lid and label. Freeze at -20 °C for at least 24 hours.
(3) When needed, pacotize® twice at normal pressure.

Tip: Spread the pacotized® mixture into a desired bar shape, freeze and dip in the desired chocolate coating.
