Mirabelle plum jelly VEGAN

Ingredients for 1 pacotizing® beaker

1 pacotizing® beaker = 10 portions

  • 100g Mirabelle
  • 150g water
  • 30g sugar
  • 2g Agar-Agar

Recipe preparation

(1) Boil Mirabelle plums with water and sugar, allow to cool and pour into a Pacotizing® beaker.

(2) Close the Pacossier® beaker with the lid and label it. Freeze at −20 °C for at least 24 h.

(3) If necessary, Pacotize® twice.

Mix with agar agar, bring to the boil and simmer for 3 minutes. Allow it to cool, mix, pour into a squeeze bottle and refrigerate until further use.
