Lovage oil

Ingredients for 1 pacotizing® beaker

1 pacotizing® beaker = 10 portions

  • 100 g lovage
  • 100 g spinach
  • 300 g sunflower oil
  • 2 g salt

Recipe preparation

  1. Blanch the lovage and spinach and squeeze out well.
  2. Mix with the other ingredients and place the mixture into a pacotizing® beaker.
  3. Close with lid and label. Freeze at -20 °C for at least 24hours.
  4. When needed pacotize® twice with normal pressure.
