Ingredients for 1 pacotizing® beaker
1 pacotizing® beaker = 10 portions
- 100 g lemon concentrate
- 200 g flour
- 100 g sugar
- 75 g butter
- 100 g finely ground almonds
- 150 g whole eggs
- 0.3 g vanilla
- 10 g baking powder
- 1 g salt
Recipe preparation
(1) Melt the butter and place in a pacotizing® beaker with the eggs, sugar and vanilla.
(2) Use the whipping disc once with overpressure. Mix the flour, almonds and baking powder together and fold into the mixture.
(3) Pour into a cake tin and bake at 180°C.
Tip: You can use the lemon concentrate for the lemon icing.
