Whipped mango and coconut cream on Cantonese toffee bananas

Ingredients for 1 pacotizing® beaker 

1 pacotizing® beaker = 10 portions 

  • 50 g fresh mango
  • 200 g cream 
  • 100 g coconut cream 
  • 20 g icing sugar 

Recipe preparation 

(1) Mix all ingredients together and place in a pacotizing® beaker. 

(2) Use the whipping disc 3 times with overpressure and serve with the bananas.
