Masala Chai ice cream VEGAN

Ingredients for 1 pacotizing® beaker

1 pacotizing® beaker = 10 portions

  • 400 g oat drink
  • 2.5 g Assam tea
  • 200 g cashew nuts
  • 50 g maple syrup
  • 2 g ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 g cardamom capsule
  • 3 g lemon zest
  • 3 g orange zest
  • 20 g lemon juice

Recipe preparation

(1) Bring the oat drink to the boil once, add the Assam tea and the cashew nuts and leave to infuse for 10 minutes. Mix with the remaining ingredients and pour into a Pacotizing® beaker.

(2) Close with lid and label. Freeze at -20 °C for at least 24 hours.

(3) When needed, pacotize® once with overpressure.

Tip: The first time you pacotize®, pacotize® twice.
