Lassi ice cream

Ingredients for 1 pacotizing® beaker

1 pacotizing® beaker = 10 portions

  • 600 g Greek yoghurt
  • 25 g lemon juice
  • 12 g lime juice
  • 60 g maple syrup
  • 40 g whole cane sugar
  • 0.25 g salt

Recipe preparation

(1) Mix the lemon and lime juice with the sugar and maple syrup until the sugar has completely dissolved. Mix with the remaining ingredients and pour into a pacotizing® beaker.

(2) Close with lid and label. Freeze at -20 °C for at least 24 hours.

(3) When needed, pacotize® twice with overpressure.
